Enjoying the Storm with Art
As spring arrives, it brings with it plenty of stormy weather. That means that you will be spending a great deal of time indoors. Rembrandt-The Storm on the Sea of Galilee
The Storm on the Sea of Galilee is a famous painting by Rembrandt, generally considered one of the greatest painters in Dutch history. His contributions to art came in what historians call the Dutch Golden Age. The painting depicts the struggle of Christ and his disciples as the attempted to cross the sea during a storm. It is a riveting and beautiful piece of religious artwork.
