We make sure that our reproductions contain the same brushstrokes and techniques used by the original artist. However, since the paintings are made by hand and are not computer generated there is always a slight variation between the reproduction and the original.

The pictures on this website are of the paintings that we own. However, you must take into account that the view of your computer screen can cause a slight distortion of the colors. Also when we receive more than one unit of the same painting there is always a small difference between each of them. YES. When you order both a frame and a painting we stretch your painting on stretcher bars. Then we frame the painting and put all the necessary hardware for you to hang your painting on your wall.

Yes you can. It is your choice if you would like overstockArt.com to frame your painting or if you would like to order an unframed painting. If you just order a painting without the frame we would roll the canvas and ship it to you in a tube. You would save about $40 to $80 buying your painting framed with us when compared to having your local frame shop frame it.

In order to have your painting framed it first has to be stretched across stretcher bars. If you purchase your painting along with a frame, overstockArt.com will stretch the painting for free. Your local frame shop will charge you anywhere from $20 to $40 to stretch the oil painting you just bought.

Your painting usually gets shipped to you within 24 hours (on weekdays). If you choose FedEx Ground as your shipping method, it will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. For custom art and custom size orders time of creation varies, but should be ready by 8 weeks time.

Due to the caliber of the product, we take extra care to ship it to you safely. If you choose to frame your painting, it is packaged in bubble wrap and shipped in a double wall box. If you choose not to frame your painting, it is shipped rolled inside a FedEx tube.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $50 in the contiguous U.S. if you choose FedEx Ground as your shipping option. Other shipping options are FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight and those charges are displayed when you check out. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges.

Do You Offer Ground Shippping to Canada?

If you are shipping to Canada, we do offer FedEx Ground Shipping to Canada. All Canada Shipments will be shipped 'FedEx Express Shipping' so they will arrive in 3-6 days!

If you are shipping internationally, just choose your country's shipping option and you will be contacted and quoted for our cost of shipment. You will also be responsible for any duties.

You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers.

Shipping costs may vary considerably based on four factors: 1. Order size & weight 2. Destination country 3. Shipping preference 4. Duties and taxes collected by your government

Note: Framed items cost much more to ship as shipping cost is based on dimensional weight. Consider buying unframed and frame locally for international orders.

Especially for the holiday season we are extending our 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and No-Hassle Return Policy to January 31, 2025 so that your gift recipients will have plenty of time to make exchanges or receive refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your art you are welcome to return it and have several options to choose from as of August 20th, 2016:

• An exchange for another product, or combination of products, of equivalent value.
• The full value of your order made available as store credit, valid for one year.

We even pay for the shipping back to us for such returns made in the contiguous United States with original packaging retained.

You may also request to receive a refund for the purchase price of your order. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and do not include cost of shipping if originally applicable. A fee for return shipping may also apply, ranging from $10-$100 according to the size of your order.

Please note: Any changes to an item by the customer such as self stretching, self gallery wrapping or self fixing voids the return policy.

*If a painting is returned damaged and not in its original packaging (with protective corners and box) a fee will be issued against the credit due for the returned item. Not to exceed the full purchase price and no less than 1/2 the value of the item if item arrives in unsellable condition.

We provide you an email quote for custom art of special images you upload to us. These hand painted items take 8 weeks with the artist to complete before they are added with the next painting shipment to our facilities. Custom art orders require a down payment of half up front for the artist to start work (this is non-refundable) the second half of your total will not be required until the painting is ready to be shipped from us to you. For custom art orders we provide you with an image to approve making you part of the quality control process. That way if you feel something with your painting needs to be addressed it can be done while still with the artist. Custom size and custom art orders can not be returned or exchanged.

It's easy to send us back your return or exchange. Just follow the steps below.

• Repack the paintings in the original packaging.
• Give us a call during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST): 1-866-686-1888 and we will arrange an RMA number for you to place on the front of the box.
• For refunds, fill out the information on the front of your invoice. For exchanges, fill out the front portion as well, as the exchange information on the back.
• For orders receiving an exchange or store credit, our team will provide you the steps to follow for printing and placing your return label on the original packaging so your shipment back to us is FREE.
• Send the items back no later then 45 days from the date of purchase shown on the invoice.
• Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. Refunds may take up to 30 days processing.
